How to balance life

Too much of something is not good and a lack of something is not recommend as well. So here is the solution: BALANCE. Life is all about balancing tasks, endeavors, career and hobbies. You have to work hard and play hard at the same time. You cannot just spend the whole day working and not getting sometime to relax. The opposite is also true, you cannot just spend the whole day drinking and not doing anything paramount. So you need to incorporate all your work and relaxation in 24 hours of a day. But always remember, start with the most important things first. In other words prioritize your tasks and check which one you need to commence with. for example , you can take the first 4 hours of your day when you wake up, Studying. and then the next two hours you go to the gym or practice a hobby.
After that, the next two hours you go out with a friend for lunch or you attend a concert or a show. From there you take a rest for at least two hours. Just like that. that is just an example and I am not saying is what you should stick to because everybody has their own agenda but always remember to balance. And one thing you should never forget is, never ever sacrifice your sleep to do things that you have procrastinated over time,this is because enough sleep is essential for memory consolidation and growth.so if don't get enough sleep, it causes loss of neurons which result in loss of some memory. aways do paramount things on time because things done at last minutes are always done in haste and they do not yield much success. there is an African proverb that says; " A woman who cooks faster has more broken pots"! So folks always balance your tasks! Wouldn't you do so?
